Additionally, our service extends to the arrangement of all of the things needed to get you on the slopes as early as possible. Lift passes, ski lessons, rental of equipment and crèche bookings will be arranged for you at your leisure.
The chalet hosts will arrange ski guiding for you on the first full day if required, to help you familiarise yourself with the slopes or the routes into and out of the other resorts like Verbier.
There are of course a few items that are not included as standard, and in order to ensure your expectations are not wrongly set, some of these items are listed. Please note that this list is indicative only.
- Airport transfers. If you are flying into Geneva or Zurich for example, we will provide you with a quote for a 3rd party taxi service for your arrival. The costs of this are not included. Please let us know within 4 weeks of your arrival if this service is required.
- Lunches. We would hope that you enjoy full days on the slopes every day, but if you require lunch to be provided, either in chalet or a packed lunch for you to take with you, the chalet hosts will arrange for you and charge locally.
- The chalet hosts’ day off. On the off day, you will have full use of all kitchen facilities, although a continental breakfast will be provided for you. Cooked breakfasts, lunches and dinners will need to arranged yourself, but if you require assistance and it is possible to prepare this in advance for you, please discuss with the chalet hosts after your arrival. Especially where young children are involved, you may prefer the hosts to prepare a homemade meal that can be heated to suit your convenience. Again, this will be charged locally.
- Costs of ski equipment hire, lift passes and externally sourced services such as crèche bookings, baby sitting service, massage etc.
